In order to standardize the management of agricultural product quality and safety commitments reaching the standard certificate, implement the main responsibility of agricultural product production and operation, promote the connection between the origin of agricultural products and market access, and ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, according to the the People's Republic of China Agricultural Product quality and Safety Law and the the People's Republic of China Food Safety Law, our Ministry drafted the measures for the Administration of Agricultural product quality and Safety commitment Certificate (draft for soliciting opinions). Now solicit opinions from the public. The public can provide feedback through the following channels and means:
